Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 5, 2022, at the Josh Gibson Center, 20 Josh Gibson Way, Buena Vista, Georgia. Burial will follow at St. Paul C.M.E. Church Cemetery, GA Hwy 26, Buena Vista, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates at all services at this time. We are limiting graveside seating to no more than 10 with masks being strongly encouraged. Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing.
Graveside services, including burials, are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such as shoes with high, thin heels. Please be advised that Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. will not be held responsible for injuries at a grave site because of this.
Jamarcus was born August 31, 1998 to Bridgette Sales and Donnell Sales. He was educated in the public school system of Marion County and was a 2017 graduate of Marion Co. High School. He was as a member of Love & Peace Church of Buena Vista, Georgia under the leadership of Pastor Annie Statum. Jamarcus was employed at the Columbus Aludyne Foundry.
He leaves to cherish his memories to his parents, Bridgette Sales and Donnell Sales in Buena Vista, Georgia; siblings, Markeese Bridges and Jasmine Sales both of Buena Vista, Georgia, Brishon Bridges, Warner Robins, Georgia, Donterius Sales, Columbus, Georgia; grandmother Anita Wimbush, Buena Vista, Georgia; aunt/uncles Shawn Davis, Phoenix, Arizona, Annell Sales, Columbus, Georgia, Marlon Wimbush, Buena Vista, Georgia, and Xavier Wimbush, Buena Vista, Georgia; devoted aunt, Annie Rose Walton, Buena Vista, Georgia; devoted niece Kourtni Glass, Buena Vista, Georgia,; two god mothers Stephanie Stephenson, Laronda Holmes (Robert); a host of great aunts, great uncles, other relatives, and friends including a devoted friend Tara Milner and her kids Jaden Milner & Jamaria Milner of Buena Vista, Georgia and devoted friends, Jalen Tullis and Daryl Ragland.
