
The funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Felton Chapel Church, GA Highway 128, Oglethorpe, Georgia. Interment will follow in the Felton Chapel Cemetery.
Wynell Walker was born June 1, 1948 in Oglethorpe, Macon County, Georgia to the parentage of the late A.C. Walker and the late Lula Mae McKellar Walker. She was educated in the public school system of Macon County. She was a member of Felton Chapel Church. She worked as a homemaker. Three siblings, Jack Walker, Betty Fulks, and Nathan West, preceded her in death.
She leaves a legacy of love and fond memories to her two beloved children: a son, Tony Walker (Carlia Ivory), Oglethorpe, Georgia and daughter, Beverly Walker (Latravis Evans), Oglethorpe, Georgia; four loving grandchildren, Lekevis Ivory, Candesha Walker, Rontavious Walker, and Shardavia Robinson; three loving great grandchildren, Kehlan Robinson, Rontavious Walker, Jr. and Ny’Kevia Ivory; siblings, Annie Mae Hill (Robert Lee), Oglethorpe, Georgia, Robert Walker, Atlanta, Georgia, Peggy Walker, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Minnie Walker, Atlanta, Georgia, Frank Walker, Atlanta, Georgia, J.B. Walker, Atlanta, Georgia, Mae Florence Hillman, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Charlie Walker, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Joyce Felton (Howard), Montezuma, Georgia, Larry Walker, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Alice Green (Carl Sr.), Oglethorpe, Georgia, and Estella Kazinazruf, Oglethorpe, Georgia; sister-in-law, Rosa “B” Walker, Atlanta, GA; godsister, Billie Ann Hall, Cordele, Georgia; a loving companion, Rayford Halstead, Oglethorpe, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, including two devoted nieces, Sherri Walker and Patricia Walker; a host of other relatives and friends including two devoted friends, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Clark; and caretaker, Charlie Duhart.
