Mr. Ulysses Franklin, age 66 of Buena Vista, Georgia passed on January 30, 2019.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 8, 2019, Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel Inc, 607 Kaigler Steet, Oglethorpe, Georgia.
