Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Davis Chapel A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Highway 26 West, Oglethorpe, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates to limit the number of attendees at all services at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees to no more than 10 at the funeral home chapel services and graveside services. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Rose Mary Hill Fulks was born April 29, 1962 to the late Willie Hill and the late Annie Bell Cephus Hill. She was preceded in death by three siblings: Essie Jean Mathis, William Edward “Billy” Hill and Nazarene Hill Nash. Robin, as she was known by family and friends, was educated in the public school system of Sumter County and was a 1981 graduate of Sumter County High School. She attended South Georgia Technical College studying Healthcare. At an early age Robin joined Ebenezer Baptist Church in Andersonville, Georgia. She was employed over the years as a CNA at Pinehill Nursing Home in Byromville, Georgia. She was married to Horace Fulks Sr. and to this union two children were born.
Precious memories are left to her devoted husband, Horace Fulks, Andersonville, Georgia; two children, Horace Donyelle Fulks, Americus, Georgia and Jasmine Fulks, Andersonville, Georgia; two grandchildren, Sariyah Huckabee, Kenyatta Huckabee; siblings, Shirley Ann Carter, Montezuma, Georgia, Nannette Hill, Andersonville, Georgia, Betty Hill Fulks, Andersonville, Georgia, Elaine Hill, Calandra D. Hill, both of Atlanta, Georgia; aunts, Bertha Hill Terry, Americus, Georgia and Janice Hill, Pennsylvania; brothers-in-law, Daniel Fulks (Bernice), North Carolina, Bobby Fulks, Atlanta, Georgia, Benny Fulks, Tennessee, Felix Fulks Jr., Columbus, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, caring friends, and classmates.
