The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 2, 2016 at First United Holiness Church, 324 Engram Street, Montezuma, Georgia. Interment will follow in Champ Waters Cemetery, Twin Church Road, Montezuma, Georgia. The Elder Michael Coley, pastor, will officiate.
Ronnie LaNorris McDonald, Jr. was born on April 14, 1995 in Americus, Sumter County, Georgia to the late Ronnie LaNorris McDonald, Sr. and Mary Ann Simmons. He was reared by his devoted grandmother, Lunell McDonald, and grandfather, the late Robert Lee McDonald, Sr. He graduated from CGTC Literacy Council of Macon County, GA and attended South Georgia Technical College in Americus, Georgia.
Ronnie LaNorris McDonald, Jr. was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie LaNorris McDonald, Sr., and his grandfather, Robert Lee McDonald, Sr.
“JR,” as he was affectionately called by loved ones and friends, was employed with Blue Bird Body Company in Fort Valley, Georgia. JR will be remembered for his bright smile and humble spirit. JR was a dedicated grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend.
On Thursday, June 23, 2016, the Lord saw fit to call him home. He will be remembered and cherished by all who knew and loved him.
