A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 26, 2021 at Andersonville National Cemetery, 496 Cemetery Road, Andersonville, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates at all services at this time. We are limiting graveside seating to no more than 10 with masks being strongly encouraged. Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing.
Graveside services are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such as shoes with high, thin heels. Please be advised that Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. will not be held responsible for injuries at a grave site because of this.
Ronnie Coleman Norman was born December 19, 1955 to Mashack “MH” Norman and the late Aretha Terry Norman. He was a 1974 graduate of Schley County High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a former member of the Union Hill A.M.E. Church. He was married to the late Wyvon Moody. He was blessed to be the father of five children which include Ronald K. Norman, Keith Hollis Norman, Shadrayia Norman, Shameka Norman and Derica Hicks; five grandchildren; five siblings, Retired Sgt Major James Norman, Ft. Jackson, North Carolina, Melvin Norman (Mary), Warner Robins, Georgia, Annie Pearl Archie, Junction City, Kansas, Claudia “Norman and Beverly Shelton (Lamar) all of Ellaville, Georgia; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
