The funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M., Sunday, April, 7, 2019 at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 411 Cotton Avenue, Americus, Georgia. Burial will follow in Staley Memorial Gardens, Americus, Georgia.
Roger was born July 29, 1963 in Oglethorpe, Georgia to the parents of Charles Fulks and Ardine Harpe Clark. He was educated in the public school system of Macon County and a 1981 graduate of Macon County High School. He was preceded in death by his brother, Lemorris Harp.
He was employed with Blue Bird Body Company for many years as a Press Operator. He found the love of his life and married Michelle Jackson of Americus, Georgia in 2015.
