Condolences to the Family of Ressie, a strong woman who fought many days of sickness, but kept a strong conversation as usual! She loved the beauty of everything , she always spoke of my dad and brother sending them food during the holidays, a great caring person! Difficult times for your family in the days passed, but God will give u strength , just keep your faith that was instilled in u from your mom! Will miss the kindness shown by Ms. RESSIE

To Larry, Gwen & Family,

Words seem to be so feeble in moments like these. Life is so precious and death is such a thief. I'm so sorry for your loss. Aunt Ressie will truly be missed, she always had a conversation and a smile that I will never forget, most of all I will miss how she called Arthur. May our loving God grant you strength, peace and grace during this difficult time, cherish your memories and treasure the legacy of your mom. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. We'll Understand It Better By & By

Sending heartfelt condolences to the family. Ressie was so nice to my Mom, and often picked her up and took her to church with them. Mom spoke of her often. It seems like you all are in one of life's great storms, but we admonish you to hold on to God's unchanging Hand. Praying that HE will give you strength and comfort during this difficult time. In God's love...

Words are not adequate enough to express the pain and sorrow one feels when two loved ones die tragically and unexpectedly in a short period of time-first my Uncle Arthur and now my Auntie Ressie.
Nevertheless, God understands all about our pain. He sees our tears and He has them in His bottle. Moreover, He feels our deepest sorrow. I thank God for His all sustaining help and comfort.
Dear Larry, Gwen and the entire family lean on the everlasting arms of Jesus.
Eventually, the tears will become less, and the pain will be buffered with the beautiful memories that we all have of Auntie Ressie.

"For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." Romans 8:18.

Love to you all & my deepest sympathy,
Shirley Jackson
