Little Miss Peyton Jaelynn Brooks passed away Friday, August 4, 2017 at her home.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 11, 2017 at the Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc., 607 Kaigler Street, Oglethorpe, Georgia. Minister Colby McKenzie, Pastor of Oak Grove Baptist Church No. 1, Milledgeville, Georgia will officiate. Interment will follow in the Oglethorpe City Cemetery, Memorial Drive, Oglethorpe, Georgia.
Peyton was born March 20, 2017 in Macon, Georgia to the parents of Joshua Brooks, Sr. and PaDesha Camp; siblings, Joshua Brooks, Jr. and Madison Camp, the maternal granddaughter of Brenda Turner-Marshall (Willie Joe) and Pasteur Camp Jr. She is the paternal granddaughter of Linda Brooks and Raymond Smith II. Other survivors include aunts, Jacqueline Ellison, Katelynn Smith-Brooks, and Hannah Camp, great-great aunts, Barnice Brooks and Rose Harris, uncles, Pasteur Camp III and Dustan Brooks; one cousin Nevaeh Brooks, including a host of great aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.
