Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 17, 2020 at Staley Memorial Gardens, Corner of Southern Field Road and Mayo Street, Americus, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates to limit the number of attendees at all services at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees to no more than 10 at the funeral home chapel services and graveside services. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Maeole Glover (Gussie Mae Boone Broner) was born December 16, 1936 to the parents of the George Glover Sr. and Edna Willie Black Glover in Ellaville, Georgia. She preceded in death by two sons, Willie Alvins, Elbert Lewis Boone (Pee Wee); a daughter Wanda Fayes; granddaughter Erika Denice Jackson; son-in-law Nathaniel Jackson; three brothers Isaiah Glover, Bennie Glover, Solomon James Thomas Glover (Tee); sister Georgia Nell Glover; and a sister-in-law Vivian Glover.
Her precious memories are cherished by her daughter Deborah Jeanette Jackson of Norwalk, California and son Sir Edward Woods (Cecelia) of College Park, Georgia; one sister Maxine Harvey of Jacksonville, Florida, a brother George Glover Jr., Americus, Georgia, aunt, Catherine Jackson, Jersey City, New Jersey; two devoted sisters-in-law, Helen Hawkins Glover, Americus, Georgia, Jean Glover Newark, New Jersey; grandchildren including a devoted granddaughter, Santosha Jackson (Robert Gamez) Norwalk, California, Siwand Herring, Edward Bryant, Carrie Bryant, and Lakeisha Richard; great grandchildren, Cristain Gamez, Jayden Gamez Norwalk, California, Jazmyn Reyes, SY'Yannah, Si'Aisia Herring, a host of other of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, Larry E. Adams (who was like a son to her) Northern, Alabama, two devoted cousins, Laverne Hobbs, Ida Mae Lampkin, friends Dorothy Jackson, Joel Hill, Loronza Lohlan, Anthony Corbett, George Lloyd, and Church of Christ Family, and a host of cousins.
