A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Friday morning, March 4, 2016 at the Magnolia Baptist Church, Hosie Waters Street, Montezuma, Georgia.
Ms. Linda Ann Barron Adams was born April 14, 1962 in Montezuma, Macon County, Georgia to the late Mr. Effie Butler and Ruby Lee Barron.
She was educated in the Macon County public school system, where she attended the historic D. F. Douglass High School. At an early age, she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and joined the Magnolia Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend C.J. Glover.
Linda was a fun-loving and caring woman, who devoted her life to helping others professionally as a CNA for fifteen years at Montezuma Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Pearlie Mae Green, LaVivian Barron, and Geneva Patrick, and four brothers, F. H. Butler, Charlie Ed Butler, Frank L. Butler, and Curtis Barron.
Left to cherish her memories are her two devoted sons, Christopher Barron (Ramona) and Clifford Carr (Belinda); a very special, loving, and devoted daughter, Charlene Carr; two stepchildren, Courtney Clark and Jeffery Clark, Jr.; six grandchildren, Christian Barron, Nikyrian Oliver, Adonnis Latson, Jasasha Latson, Naqavious Wicker, and Marcorian Clark; two brothers, James Barron, Chicago, Illinois, Wayne Barron (Myra), Montezuma, Georgia; five sisters, Sara Butler (Stacey), Daly City, California, Gail Walker (Robert), Dorothy Mae Engram, Mary Butler, all of Montezuma, Georgia, Mattie Ree Hobes (Willie), Greensboro, Georgia; devoted nephews, Rayshon, Marquis, D'Quinton, and Kyron; devoted nieces, Diane, Donica, and Charliea; a host of other nieces, nephews, loving family, and friends, Mary Linton, Tanya Gribble, and Detriece Harris.
