Leenard Hill, age 51, 3115 Rollingwood Lane SE, Atlanta, Georgia passed Saturday, March 30, 2019.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, April 6, 2019 at William Grove Baptist Church, 71 Gill Street, Ellaville, Georgia. Burial will follow at Freeman Hill Cemetery, Freeman Street, Andersonville, Georgia.

Leenard was born on July 24, 1967 in Atlanta, Georgia to Turner Rogers and the late Ruby Dean Thomas. He was educated in the public school system of Sumter County and a 1988 graduate of Sumter County Comprehensive High School. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Dean Thomas.

Leenard was employed with Rogers Dry Wall Construction Company for many years.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his father, Turner (Sandra) Rogers, Hampton, Georgia, two brothers, Eddie Hill, Andersonville, Georgia, and Kevin Rogers, Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters, Tina Aldridge, Atlanta, Georgia and Tiya (John) Harper, Stonecrest, Georgia; aunts/uncles, including one devoted aunt, Catherine Hill, Decatur, Georgia, Irene (Willie) Reddick, Blakely, Georgia, Edna (Jessie) Hayes, Lithonia, Georgia, Barbara Haynes, Ellaville, Georgia, Stella Taylor, Rupert, Georgia, Vivian (Emmett) Lawson, Ellaville, Georgia, Janice (Donald) Cottle, Ellaville, Georgia, and Joan Murray, all of Ellaville, Georgia, Elaine (Tracy) Fudge, Acworth, Georgia, Mary Rogers, Douglasville, Georgia, Deloise Rogers, Marietta, Georgia, Virginia Rogers, Riverdale, Georgia, Bernadine (Perry) Gibbons, Andersonville, Georgia, Charlie Hill, Agusta Hill, both of Andersonville, Georgia, Barnard Hill, Americus, Georgia, Michael Rogers, Ellaville, Georgia, Steve Rogers, Atlanta, Georgia, Lewis (Tania) Rogers, Atlanta, Georgia, Willie Rogers, Athens, Georgia; and a host of devoted cousins, other relatives and friends.

Sometimes we all cannot or found the right words to say at this time of your dear love one.But be reassured of the promise our Heavenly Father assure all at Revelation 21:3,4 he will wipe all of our tears away that cause pain ,I am sorry at this time for the pain you are feeling now. Johnnie Mae
