
The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday morning, March 31, 2012 at New Hope Baptist Church, Georgia Highway 26 East, Montezuma, Georgia. Interment will follow in the Church cemetery
Mr. Haugabook was born January 23rd, 1956 in Montezuma, Macon County, Georgia to the late John Thomas Haugabook and Maude Harvey Colson. Mr. Haugabook was educated in the public school system of Macon County. He acquired his certification in Electrical Engineering and Home Renovation from Job Corp. He was employed with the Macon County Board of Education as a Maintenance Technician for a number of dedicated years. He also was owner of Jerry's Electrical and Home Repair Construction.
He leaves to cherish his memories two devoted sons, Jerry Demond Haugabook and Jeremy Harvey Haugabook; stepson Adam Snipes; mother of his children, Gloria Snipes Monford all of Oglethorpe, Georgia, His sisters and brother: Clarence (Judy) Freeman, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Jackie (Sophia) Freeman, Louisville, Kentucky, Oscar Freeman, Montezuma, Georgia, Shirley Burke, Rochester New York, Thomas Haugabook, Montezuma, Georgia; Perry (Mary) Pryor, Montezuma, Georgia, Terry (Furlow) Pryor, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Veronica (Lance) Reynolds, Warner Robins, Georgia, Bridgette(Paul) Johnson, Macon, Georgia, Henry Colson, Louisville, Kentucky, Arthur (Arleen) Johnson, Warner Robins, Georgia, William (Louise) Johnson, Miami, Florida, John (Sandra) Haugabook, Bonaire, Georgia, John Edward (Tolley) Haugabook, Fort Myers, Florida, Trent (Wander) Johnson, Peoria, Illinois, Linda (Elsie) Cephus, Montezuma, Georgia and Tracy Haugabook, Macon, Georgia; aunts and uncles, Rosie Carter, Mamie (Franklin) McLarty, Elizabeth (Willie James) Larry and Eloise Nicholson all of Montezuma, Georgia, Jerry Haugabook, Barbara Jackson, Brandon, Florida, Rev.
