A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, 607 Kaigler Street, Oglethorpe, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates to limit the number of attendees at all services at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees to no more than 10 at the funeral home chapel services and graveside services. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
James Willis Jolly Jr. was born November 17, 1958 in Ideal, Georgia to Dorothy Mae Hawkins and the late James Willis Jolly Sr. He was known by family and friends as “Hollywood”. Mr. Jolly attended Volusia County school system of Daytona Beach, Fl. and graduated from Mainland Senior High School. Later, he followed his passion of cooking for others and became the proud owner of Little Jolly’s Wash mobile detailing service.
He was preceded in death by two siblings Eddie Jolly and Skip Sherten.
James Jolly leaves to cherish his memories wife, Cynthia Little Jolly (Atlanta); his devoted daughter, Latosha Jolly (Charlotte, NC); sons Quadavious Brown, Montagious Brown (Atlanta, GA); grandchildren, Shakur Wilson, Christian Wilson, Isaiah Brown, Myles Brown, Zariah Reid, and Centrice Reid Jr.; siblings Patrica Ann Hill, Charles Hawkins, Eric Hawkins, Michael Sherten, Bernard Sherten: aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including a special friend Faye Davis, (Miami, Florida).
