
The funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, 607 Kaigler Street, Oglethorpe, Georgia. Burial will follow at Andersonville National Cemetery, 496 Cemetery Road, Andersonville, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates to limit the number of attendees at all services at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees to no more than 10 at the funeral home chapel services and graveside services. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Hattie Bell Johnson Mann, was born on June 5, 1951 in Webster County, to the late Mr. Robert Lee Johnson Sr. and Ms. Lady B. Sims of Americus, Georgia. She was educated in the public school system of Sumter County. She is preceded in death by her daughters Melissa Mann-Harris and Clarisa Mann, her brother Eddie Charles Johnson her nephew Eric Wilson.
She leaves a legacy of love and fond memories to a loving husband Freddie Mann Sr. of forty-eight years, Americus, Georgia; three devoted sons Kenneth Johnson (Marilyn) Lumpkin, Georgia, Freddie Mann Jr. and Larenza Mann, both of Americus, Georgia; seven grandchildren, Rev. Mireo Harris, Hardari Harris, Jaleshia Mann all of Americus, Georgia, Jeremiah and Jamise Richardson, Kentavious and Kenderious Johnson all of Lumpkin, Georgia; two great-grandchildren Jaxton and Domani; six sisters Mary Hurley, Lassandra Hurley, Ruby (Tim) Wilson, Isa Bell (Shelly) Tyson, Christine Johnson, and Emma Clay all of Americus, Georgia; five brothers Robert Lee Johnson II, Johnnie Sims, David (Carolyn) Sims all of Americus, Georgia, Leonard Johnson and Michael Johnson; in-laws, Minister Eva Mann, Elder Annie Brown, Arthur (Rebecca) Mann, Willie (Ruby) Mann, Dr. Cleveland (Fannie) Mann, Minister William (Doris) Mann, Bernice Mann, Ray Mann, and Mattie Mann (Alfred) Wright; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
