Harry Truman Wilson, age 73, 4220 Wesley Hall Lane, Decatur, Georgia passed Friday, January 25, 2019 at the Piedmont Walton Hospital, Monroe, Georgia.
The funeral service will be held at 11:30 A.M., Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Christian Life Church, 404 Morse Ave, Montezuma, Georgia. Burial will follow at the Champ Waters Cemetery, 191 Twin Church Road, Montezuma, Georgia.
Harry was born December 15, 1945 in Montezuma, Macon County, Georgia to the late Nanita Wilson Felton and David Felton. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charlie Clyde Wilson. He acquired his education in the public school system of Macon County. He was employed with several different companies including the Montezuma Public Works Department and after several years of dedicated services he medically retired from Southern Frozen Food, Inc.. He was united in holy matrimony to the late Mrs. Carrie Turner Wilson.
Survivors include his children, Harry Curtis Wilson Sr., Oglethorpe, Georgia, Eugene Turner (Sandra), Montezuma, Georgia, Mary Ibrahim (Anyrs), Decatur, Georgia, Leisa Williams (Joseph), Savannah, Georgia, and Connie Perkins (Larry), Warner Robins, Georgia; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; five siblings, Olivia Hubbert (James), Oglethorpe, Georgia, David Edward Felton, Jr, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Howard Felton, Montezuma, Georgia, William Felton (Elnora), Oglethorpe, Georgia, Patsy Ann McClendon (Keith), Montezuma, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including dear friends Michael Williams, Emmitt Lockhart, Pastor William Rand, Greg Collier, and Robert Walker.
