
The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday morning, March 1, 2016 at Shade Arnold Baptist Church, 11190 Georgia Highway 26 East, Montezuma, Georgia. The Rev. Dr. George Porter, Jr., pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in New Hope Baptist Church, Georgia Highway 26, Montezuma, Georgia.
Cynthia Diane Cochran was born April 18, 1972 to Joyce Fulks Cochran Russell and the late K. C. Cochran, Sr. She was the step-daughter of Larry Russell. She attended the public school system of Macon County and was a 1990 graduate of Macon County High School in Montezuma, Georgia. She furthered her studies at South Georgia Technical College for Welding. She also attended Everest Institute in Clayton County for Medical Assisting. Cynthia was employed with Federal Express as a Supervisor.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Joyce and Larry Russell, Montezuma, Georgia; godmother, Shirley Mitchell; four children, Kasey Cochran, Daquan Cochran, LaGloria Turner, and Kayla Cochran, all of Atlanta, Georgia; four grandchildren, Paris Cochran, Khalil Cochran, King Cochran, Kevin Cochran, all of Atlanta, Georgia; three siblings, K. C.
