Clara Bell Thomas, age 90, passed on April 24, 2020 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center, Americus, Georgia.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, April 27, 2020 at New Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 260 W Allen Street, Americus, Georgia.

Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates to limit the number of attendees at all services at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees to no more than 10 at the funeral home chapel services and graveside services. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

To the Thomas family and friends, I am truly sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one in death is never easy to deal with, but some words of comfort during your time of sorrow is found in Isaiah 25:8 where Jehovah God says "He will swallow up death forever." May the memories shared with your loved one be a source of comfort to you now and in the days ahead.
