Bobby Lynn Jackson, age 58, passed on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Southern Regional Medical Center, Riverdale, Georgia.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, October 9, 2016, at the Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel Inc., 607 Kaigler Street, Oglethorpe, Georgia.
Bobby Lynn Jackson was born in Ellaville, Schley County, Georgia on April 20, 1958 to the parentage of Bobbie Brooks Jackson and the late Bobby Jackson. He received his education at John Lewis High School in Ellaville, Georgia. He was employed with Department of Transportation and Pubic Work in Atlanta, Georgia. Bobby can be described as a loving, kindhearted person, dedicated father and a hard worker.
He leaves to cherish his memory: a wife, Ruby Jackson, and one daughter, Jasmine Jackson, both of Atlanta, Georgia; a beloved mother Bobbie Brooks Jackson of Ellaville, Georgia; four brothers, Leon Brooks (Emma), Donnie Brooks (Margaret), Scottie Peeples, Jason Jackson; one sister Delois Thornton (Vincent); one uncle David Jackson and one great aunt, Verdie Fulks both of Ellaville, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends including his devoted companion, Shirral Langford, and her three sons, DeAndre, Lee, Marco Langford, all of Atlanta, Georgia
