
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Champ Waters Cemetery, 191 Twin Church Road, Montezuma, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates at all services at this time. We are limiting graveside seating to no more than 10 with masks being strongly encouraged. Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing.
Graveside services are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such as shoes with high, thin heels. Please be advised that Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. will not be held responsible for injuries at a grave site because of this.
Artis “Butch” Williams was born May 29, 1952 to the late Willie Williams and the late Mamie Williams. He was educated in the public school system of Macon County. He was employed with Brewster Motor Coach, Gray Line Tours, and Southeastern Stages over the years. He was joined in holy matrimony the late Essie Kate Williams.
He leaves to cherishes his memories three children, Tawanda Anderson (Bobby), GA, Vernessa McKan (Christopher), GA, Martez Williams, WA; grandchildren, Jasmine Anderson, A’Shanti McKan, Shamari McKan; great grandchild, Teagan McKan; and a host of other relatives and friends.
