The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Zion Hill Primitive Baptist Church, State Route 240, Ellaville, Schley County Georgia, where Elder Joseph Crawford is pastor. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.
Annie Myrtice was born April 23, 1930 to the late Verdie Lee Harmon Fulks and Lydge Fulks. She retired from domestic work. She joined Zion Hill Primitive Baptist Church where she remained until her demise. Four children, Henry Sims, Jr., Vincent Fulks, Annie Jean Byse and Burnnie Mae Nelson, preceded her in death.
Survivors are her eight loving children, Willie Clyde Sims, Ellaville, Georgia, Lester Joe Fulks, Oglethorpe, Georgia, Paul Fulks, Ellaville, Georgia, Lizzie Mae Smith, Atlanta, Georgia, Herbert Fulks, Cincinnati, Ohio, Katherine Sims, Ellaville, Georgia, Jim Sims and Fletcher Sims, both of Atlanta, Georgia; three siblings, Edith Mae Brooks, Ellaville, Georgia, Talmadge Fulks, Cordele, Georgia, Verdie Fulks, Ellaville, Georgia; son-in-law, Monroe Byse, Ideal, Georgia; two step-sisters, Christine Fulks Mitchell, Ellaville, Georgia, Mary Alice Miller, Ellaville, Georgia; one step-brother, Bobby Fulks, Ideal, Georgia; a devoted grandchild, Tangela Baisden (Michael), Albany, Georgia; 34 grandchildren; 75 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
