Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Sunday, July 19, 2020 in the Oglethorpe City Cemetery, Memorial Drive, Oglethorpe, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates to limit the number of attendees at all services at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees to no more than 10 at the funeral home chapel services and graveside services. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Addie Pearl Kleckley was born in Macon County, Georgia on August 30, 1935 to the late Elizabeth Rogers Kleckley and the late Dudley Kleckley. She was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Jolly, and two brothers, Howard Dudley Kleckley and Buster Kleckley.
She was educated through the public school system of Macon County. Addie later moved to Jamaica Queens, New York where she served as a Eastern Star and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Addie worked as a repair services attendant with Nynex phone company in New York faithfully until she retired.
She leaves to cherish her memories four children Beverly Jean-Jacques (Georges), Tampa, Florida, Jeffery Jolly (Shirley), Oglethorpe, Georgia, Stanley Gregory, Queens, New York, Sidney Ellis (Cheryl), Oglethorpe, Georgia; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Maggie Kleckley, other family, and friends.
