Jimmy Lee Robinson Sr., age 82, of Marshallville, Georgia passed on April 10, 2024.

The funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Saint James C.M.E. Church, 215 Railroad Street, Marshallville, Georgia. Interment will follow in the Colonel Felton Cemetery, 502 South Street, Marshallville, Georgia.

raveside services, including burials, are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such a high, thin heels. Please be advised that Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. will not be held responsible for injuries at a grave site because of this.

Jimmy was born July 20, 1941, to Lorine Smith and Jimmy Robinson. He was preceded in death by his siblings Samuel Robinson, Willie James Robinson, Willie James Stinson, and Clara Louise Rice. He received his education from the historic Lamson Richardson Elementary School. He was married to Beulah Mae Collier. He was the proud father of 12 children; two, Tracy Joiner and Lamar Robinson, preceded him in death. He retired from the Marshallville Sanitation Department as a Truck Driver. He accepted Christ and was baptized at Saint James C.M.E. Church in Marshallville.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories to his wife: Beulah Robinson, Marshallville, Georgia; Children: Caroline Robinson, Savannah, Georgia, Jimmy Lee Robinson Jr. (Betty), Miami, Florida, James Robinson (Kayla), Kavin Robinson (Regina), Hattie Henderson (Sean), Eric Joiner (Lisa), all of Warner Robins, Georgia, Mary Robinson, Macon, Georgia, Michelle Joiner, Marshallville, Georgia, Kelvin Joiner, Montezuma, Georgia, Danthan Joiner, Marshallville, Georgia; Step Children: Bobbie Joiner, Montezuma, Georgia, Earl Joiner (Sharon), West Palm Beach, Florida, Carolyn Joiner, Montezuma, Georgia, Pamela Hill (Napoleon), Diana Joiner, Gwendolyn Joiner, all of Montezuma, Georgia; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren; Siblings: Ruby Stinson, Lula Smith both of Marshallville, Georgia, and Wayman Jessie (Ann); Sister/Brother-in-law: Ethel Robinson, Barbara Collier, Pearl Freeman, Willie Collier, Troy Collier; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including devoted friends Charlie C. Hayes and Anthony Waters.
