Jehovah knew that death would cause much suffering, therefore he provided a ransom in Jesus so that we may have an opportunity to live in the future without the threat of dying. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life," at John 11:25. He will resurrect obedient mankind to a beautiful paradise home. Take comfort in this guarantee.

My wife and I really enjoyed the time Nephew Gary stayed at our home in North Carolina for several weeks.Gary spoiled us by keeping the house neat and orderly while we were at work. I was impressed in Gary's ability to meet people North Carolina as though he had always known them. I often recall the morning I waited for Gary to come out of the house to help me with a job at my home. When he finally came out of the house clean from head to toe and not dressed suitable for work. I asked Gary, "What are you doing ?' He replied: "We don't work on Sazz-days ". I understood where he was coming from because my dad worked Monday thru Friday as a brick mason. He did't work on Saturdays either.

I am very sorry for your loss. May the love of family, friends, and Almighty God bring you comfort and support during your time of grief and afterward. (Ps. 83:18; Isaiah 41:10) May the hope of a resurrection on a restored earth bring you peace. (Acts 24:15; Psalm 37:11, 29)
