I love this lady and am so very sad to hear of her passing. The world has lost one "fine" lady. Beulah and I team taught at Cherokee Elementary School. We made many good memories during those times. I am so very proud to call her my friend..

I'm really going to miss Beulah. She and I worked together as 4th grade teachers for many, many years. She was such a joy to work with and she always had a good and pleasant demeanor. She was truly a treasure and I'm going to miss her very much. Heaven has gained another Angel in Beulah. Rest in Heavenly Peace my Friend!

My heart really goes out to the Carter Family during this time. Liz and Anita, your Mother was an Angel. She was always so sweet and she always had a smile on her face. I don't believe that she ever had a bad day. She was just BEAUTIFUL! She was also the best Reading teacher that I have ever had and I will always cherish the times that I spent in her classroom laughing with her, hugging her and learning all that I could from her. She was truly a treasure. Another great teacher has left our midst and gone on to glory with the other great teachers.

Mrs. Carter what a beautiful soul. As an educator she was one of greatest. As a person very funny, well educated, kind hearted, and on point. I was a caregiver to her in 2019, and she was a joy to care for her. Thank you Lord for blessing us with Mrs.Carter for all these years. My prayers are with the Carter Family and friends.🙏🙏🙏

Mrs. Carter taught our son, Tal and my first impression was not as favorable as my lasting impression of her as a teacher, a friend and a woman of character. It only took a day for me to change and know that our son had a teacher who would teach him and guide him and one that he would be proud to have studied under. If only we had more teachers like Mrs. Carter. I will miss her smiling face and her asking me about her "boy". .

Mrs Carter was my 4th grade teacher at Cherokee Elementary School. She was one of my favorite teachers. She and her teacher assistant read Charlotte’s Web to our class. I thought of her often.

To Ms. Annita & Family: I am sorry for your loss. Mrs. Carter was well-known by her students. She was an educator and disciplinarian when needed - we could use educators like that today. God Blessed you & your family. In Christ's Love, Gwen Hall & Family

It was a joy to work with such a dedicated and loving teacher as Beulah. She is a model of how one can give unselfishly to others, especially children. Rest my dear friend😇
