The letter was address to myself and my then husband. In the letter he thanked me for informing me about the Black Conscious Viewer Newer Newspaper, that we were publishing. I thought that I would look up on the internet to thank him for his words that were a encourage to me in 1988 and are a comfort to me in 2012. PLEASE ACCEPT MY SYMPATHY TO ANIAS JR. AND TO THOSE WHO GRIEVE. - The Rev, Dr. Marvin J. Howard, Sr.(Thursday, April 19 12 10:34 am EDT)
I was very sadden to learn of another death of a classmate. I remember "Dooly" when I was growing up in Montezuma. He was always a funny guy. I am very sorry that I did not know of his death. To the family and friends, let us remember the good times that he shared with each of us. To my D. F. D. (Hornet) rest in peace until we meet again. For John 14:1 tells us: "Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in me".

May the fond, sweet memories you have of "Dooly" bring you comfort during this most difficult time. I am truly going to miss seeing "Dooly" at Ricky's house. He was always a joy to talk with and would brighten up the conversation. RIP Dooly - my family, especially Ricky miss you so very much.
