Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Cool Spring Baptist Church Cemetery, 1625 Cool Spring Road, Buena Vista, Georgia.
Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates to limit the number of attendees at all services at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees to no more than 10 at the funeral home chapel services and graveside services. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Fannie was born May 10, 1950 in Buena Vista, Marion County, Georgia to the late Dave West and the late Ruby Murray West. She was educated in the public school system of Marion County where she was a graduate of Buena Vista High School.
After many years of dedicated services to Tyson Food, Inc. she retired as a meat inspector.
Growing up in a Christian Family, she learned early in life her path of duty. Accepting Jesus Chris as her personal Savior, she joined the Cool Spring Baptist Church where she performed many duties as a member of the choir, kitchen committee, and hospitality committee. She was always there to lend a helping hand.
She will certainly be missed by her family including her four loving children and their spouses, Michelle Milner, Lawrenceville, Georgia, Dr. Sharon L. Pough-Moody (Bobby), Bethlehem, Georgia, Marie Denise Pough, Lawrenceville, Georgia and Laketa Pough (Marcus Brown), Columbus, Georgia; her four grandchildren, Chelsea Crimes, Shayla Milner, Michael Milner and Chance Smith; two great grandchildren, A’Jayden Bowens and Siniyah Milner; fourteen siblings and their spouses, Joe West, Gwen Crawford, Della Robinson, all of Buena Vista, Georgia, John West (Valerie), Montezuma, Georgia, Linda Crawford (Charlie), Mary West both of Buena Vista, Georgia, Ronnie West, Junction City, Georgia, Tammy West Jordan (Willie) Buena Vista, Georgia, Kim West, Jonesboro, Georgia, Eric West (Choosy), Buena Vista, Georgia, Timika West, Morrow, Georgia, Eric Minion (Trina), Windy Minion and Michael Minion, all of Buena Vista, Georgia; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of beloved friends, one dear friend Barbara Ann Williams and a special cousin Emma Ruth Street.
