Deacon Willis Lee Thomas, Sr., age 78, a native of DeSoto, Georgia passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Zion Hill Baptist Church, GA Hwy 118, Leslie, Georgia. Pastor Eugene Hill will officiate. Interment will follow in the Andersonville National Cemetery, Andersonville, Georgia.
Graveside services, including burials, are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc.
