Bobby Fulks Sr., age 74, passed on June 6, 2024.

A wake will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 5:00-6:00 P.M. at the Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, 607 Kaigler Street, Oglethorpe, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Shady Grove Baptist Church, 5311 Whitewater Road, Ideal, Georgia. Burial will follow at Galilee Cemetery, Ellaville, Georgia.

Graveside services, including burials, are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such a high, thin heels. Please be advised that Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. will not be held responsible for injuries at a grave site because of this.

Mr. Bobby was one of the sweetest people you could ever know. We are heartbroken over his passing. We loved him very much. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of his family. He will be missed.

It is with a heavy heart that we mourn Big Bobby being called home. He was one of the most selfless, caring, and kindhearted gentlemen that I’ve ever known. Big Bobby would always offer a helping hand to anyone in need. I will always cherish our memories together and will forever miss my friend. Rest easy Big Bobby.

Bobby Sr. worked for Herbert and Chipper Coogle for many years in the logging and farming business. This is how I got to know him.

Big Bobby was my neighbor and the kind of neighbor you'd love to have. He treated everybody good regardless of the way he expected them to treat him. You could always count on him to help you out in a time of need. The man he was is evidenced by the family he left behind and the friends who went before him. Thank you Big Bobby for the man you were. And to the family I am sorry.

Bobbby was a true freind to everbody. He was always willing to help.
We will miss him cruising by to check on us every evening when we were at the hunt camp.God Bless his family

Bobby and .Willie. and l was life long friends when they see me comming they.would stop working just to here me talk about m and m ask Willie Jame what I'm talking about we going to miss you man we love you but jehova God loves you more
