Please be mindful that we will adhere to all government recommendations and mandates at all services at this time. We are limiting graveside seating to no more than 10 with masks being strongly encouraged. Other masked attendees are welcomed but will be expected to practice social distancing.
Graveside services are likely to be held on ground that is uneven, which is out of the control of Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. We ask that you take this into consideration when choosing footwear, such as shoes with high, thin heels. Please be advised that Oglethorpe Funeral Chapel, Inc. will not be held responsible for injuries at a grave site because of this.
Mr. Alfred (Who-Let) Fulks was born July 3, 1955 in Macon, Georgia to the late Mr. Henry L. Fulks and Mrs. Louise Fulks. He was educated in the Detroit Public School system. Alfred was a hardworking man. Alfred worked for many different companies. He had lots of gifts and talents which included him doing landscaping work, machine shop, etc. He also enjoyed fishing in his free time. Alfred was a self-taught man; he did a lot of things on the side. Alfred was a loving father to his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
On Saturday, June 5, 2021, Alfred made his transition to join his daughter, Dominique Lloyd, and his granddaughter, Destiny Williams, who preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memories his five children, Ruby Normant, Derrick Williams, Elessha Johnson, Jameela Johnson, and Natosha Lloyd. He also leaves to cherish his thirteen grandkids, Christeena, Kierra, Aerin, Sydni, Deion, Jameel, Kieyana, Vincent Jr., Dakota, Dierre, Kennady, Emarrie, and Reginald Jr. He also leaves his five great grandchildren to cherish his memory. Alfred was born into a family of ten siblings who he leaves to cherish his memory: Charles Fulks (Rosemary), April Holland, Phyllis Morgan, Henry Fulks Jr. (Kym), Kim Fulks, Christopher Fulks (Lakina), Arthur Fulks, Isaac Fulks, and Michelle Davis. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
