Marcus, on behalf of the MCHS Class of 1991, please know that we will keep you and your family in our prayers. II Corinthians 5:6-8 states "So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord." Your dad is now in the presence of the Lord and yet another ANGEL to watch over and protect us on this journey of life.

To the Meadows family, what a wonderful blessing to have such a well respected family member - Mr. C.L. Meadows. He has left behind great legacies. I know personally one of his sweet, loving, and kind daughters (Pamela Taylor). She has spread what she learned from her family upbringing to so many people! I have been and will continue to pray for the Meadows and Taylor families, who has touched my life wonderfully! Be Steadfast!
May God grant you peace during this time of sorrow.
Lord, He's in your hand. God will keep his family in his hands also. Be encouraged and keep praying.

Pam, my heart goes out to you and your family during your hour of need. I pray for comfort and strength that only God can give. Lean on him to bring you peace. Remember that although your father is gone away from Earth, he still lives through you. All my love.
Someone once said that the greatest evidence of a life is in the fruit borne out of that life. While I
never had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Meadows, I do have the pleasure of knowing some of his fruit. I currently work with one of his daughters, Mrs. Taylor, at Salem Middle School. Mr. Meadows' legacy and integrity continue to live through his children. I have been blessed to know Mr. Meadows vicariously through his daughter. My prayers are with the family at this time of loss and bereavement. While your loss was sudden and unexpected, God knows the best in every situation. So take comfort in knowing that Mr. Meadows is resting comfortably in the bosom of Abraham. Blessings and peace to you.
Carla, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
May God's blessings be upon you and your family during this time of sorrow.
